I truly love working with buyers. I think part of that comes from my own experience as a buyer, and being able to relate at how exciting — and rewarding — the process can be. My wife and I have purchased several homes, and we’ve dealt with the experience of shopping around, doing research, making offers, and putting faith in our agent to navigate the challenges of escrow and help make our dream a reality.
Truthfully, I got into real estate mainly fueled by the same passion that drove my teaching career — the joy of serving others. It’s a service industry. I know what is needed to perform at a high level, and I love that challenge. As a buyer’s agent, I can really get after it — researching properties, digging-in and identifying a competitive valuation, uncovering the pertinent information from the property’s listing agent, being prompt with communication and being available when needed, educating my clients about the transaction process, being swift and on-point in handling paperwork and making offers — all the while knowing that the better job I do, the better experience it is for the clients and the most important decision in their life situation.
