As soon as it listed, he got in there and took a video so we’d get a feel for the house flow. He recommended a home inspector that also did floor maps so we would have that for reference. He worked with the seller’s Realtor to arrange the inspection and contractor visits for when we could visit. As a checklist/timeline kind of person, I really appreciated the timeline he generated to stay on schedule and keep an eye on what was next. We felt comfortable following his advice in both what we offered and how to maintain a positive tone through the negotiations and escrow process. At closing, there was a weird delay with one seller document, and he kept us apprised and gave us a nice gift when we finally recorded. All in total, a successful working relationship and excited about our new home Nate helped us buy.
