We had a wonderful experience working with Nate during the search for and purchase of our new home. We had unique needs that made the process a little more complex, but Nate always rose to the challenge. He regularly emailed and texted us about new listings while we were still looking and even alerted us to our future home on the day it came on the market.
He was able to get us in to see the house as soon as possible, and once we decided to put an offer in on it, he fast-tracked everything and gave us helpful suggestions on potential home improvements, including water credits (something we knew nothing about as out-of-staters). After we went contingent, he arranged for us to view the home additional times so we could show it to family members and plan which of our existing furniture pieces we’d be able to use there. We were very glad to have Nate navigating us through through the ins-and-outs of buying a home on the Monterey Peninsula!
