Born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, Nate loves living here in his hometown of Pacific Grove with his family. Nate was recently honored as a Sotheby’s Top Producer for both units sold and dollar volume for 2022, 2023, and 2024, as well as Top 100 Sotheby’s associates nationwide for 2024. He is a high-performing listing specialist, a certified Pricing Strategies Advisor and a true buyer concierge. Drawing on his background in public education, Nate analyzes market data, communicates the numbers clearly to clients and utilizes this knowledge to negotiate the best results possible. Nate is truly committed to providing an A+ experience for each and every client.

During his career in public education, Nate purchased a home and remodeled it on his own — electrical, plumbing, kitchen, bath, drywall, tile, cabinets, flooring, and more. He obtained permits, passed inspections and learned a good deal about building codes along the way. His wife, Jess, and their three young children were kind enough to put up with the dust, hammering and brief periods without power or running water. Through this process, Nate realized a strong passion for all aspects of the real estate experience — from the journey of a first-time buyer and the pride of home-ownership, to improving the property, listing the property for sale and eventually buying again.
